Blending
The glass powder is blended with a foaming agent to prepare it for the heating process.
Heating & Expansion
The mixture is heated in the furnace, causing the glass to soften and expand into a lightweight cellular structure.
Cooling & Sizing
The expanded material is cooled and processed into the required aggregate size.
Finished Enviro-Rock
The finished product is a lightweight Foam Glass Aggregate ready for use in building and civil infrastructure applications.
